Key responsibilities:

Lead a team of dedicated HSE professionals and contractors based in Lyngby and in our local offices.

Act as the focal point for safety within MSS and ensure that our safety priorities and initiatives are integrated and driven across MSS and that safety is always the main priority by acting as a role model and safety advocate.

Take active part in developing a Learning Organization where both successful operations and Near Miss Learnings are utilized to constantly improve our working environment and risk awareness.

Engage with external stakeholders by participating in client meetings, HIRA´s or Industry Forums and ensuring that safety is always deeply integrated in everything we do.

Build and maintain a close relationship with our customers ensuring that all HSE matters are adressed and handled timely and professionally and always in compliance with both industry, company and client standards.

Through your team ensure timely input for tenders and client requests.   

Further development of our HSSEQ procedures to cater for future projects within the Integrated Solutions space, as well as the general Safety Management System in collaboration with Integrated Solutions team members and the existing HSEQ team.

Identify and support the implementation of industry good practice to ensure the business can deliver to the expectations of our client base.


Who we are looking for:

A dedicated HSEQ professional with at least 10 years experience from an O&G, cable or renewables operator or from a similar project role.

You most likely have a marine or operational background before specialising into HSE roles and have further developed into a managerial role within HSE.

You have been a part of managing offshore installations within upstream oil and gas, cable or renewables. You are bringing with you a solid knowledge of one or more of these fields. You are either in a managerial role today or you have extensive experience in management of contractors.  

You are structured, efficient and have a good eye for the detail while still being able to zoom out and comprehend the bigger pricture. 

You have excellent planning and coordination skills and you are profficient in IT and a super user in Safety Management Systems.

As a manager you are able to engage and motivate your team of dedicated specialists and you have the necessary drive and personal authority to ensure a common direction both within your team but also working with other managers within the company as well as with contractors and clients.

You have a clear understanding of the clients needs and you chose a collaborative and constructive approach when solving problems.

You are easy going and have your own network within the industry as well as being capable of establishing professional relationships and network.

It is an advantage if you have experience with HIRA´s, bridging documentation, control of work,  incident investigations and developing safety campaigns.

Working knowledge about regulatory compliance such as DoC, country specific regulations and ISO standards, IOGP and OVMSA guidelines.

It will be a strong advantage if you hold following certifications or qualifications; an ISM Lead Auditor Course, Accident Investigation Course, NEBOSH or similar and CSO course.
