An exciting role as HSE advisor partly supporting our project delivery arm of Maersk Supply Service - Integrated Solutions and partly supporting the marine operations. You will be Part of the HSSEQ team based in Lyngby, Denmark and work with teams and projects on a global scale.

 Key responsibilities:

Prepare and deliver all HSE elements for dedicated jobs and projects, such as bridging HSE procedures between client, 3rd party contractors and marine crew, participate in HIRA`s and drive the safety induction program prior to project kick-off.

Ensure control of work is being carried out and provide necessary support to the Project Manager and Vessel Management .  

Take part in maintaining existing Safety Cases and developing future safety cases.

Participate in incident investigations.

Ensure that safety is always the main priority by acting as a role model and safety advocate.

Safeguard that our operations are always planned and executed in compliance with our procedures, standards and local regulations.

Build and maintain a close relationship with our customers ensuring that all HSE matters are adressed and handled timely and professionally and always in compliance with both industry, company and client standards.

Provide input for tenders and investigate legal/industry requirements prior to entering into a new geographical area.

Further development of our Project HSEQ procedures to cater for future projects within the Integrated Solutions space, as well as the general Safety Management System in collaboration with Integrated Solutions team members and the existing HSEQ team.

 Who we are looking for:

A dedicated HSEQ professional with at least 6 years experience from an upstream oil and gas, cable or renewables operator or from a similar role.

You have most likely started your career offshore and developed as an HSEQ professional.

You come from offshore an installation within oil and gas, cable or renewables and you are bringing with you a solid knowledge of one or more of these fields.   

You are structured, efficient and have a good eye for the detail while still being able to zoom out and comprehend the bigger pricture. With your excellent planning and coordination skills you are able to deliver on time.

You are profficient in IT and super user in Safety Management Systems.

As a person you are communicative and self driven,  you have a clear understanding of the clients needs and you chose a collaborative and constructive approach when solving problems.

You are easy going and have your own network within the industry as well as being capable of establishing professional relationships and network.
