Key responsibilities:

Promote safety and in all aspects demonstrate visible leadership in safety, making safety a personal matter.

Timely and efficient vessel operations execution focused on vessel operating in the West Africa region, supporting and engaging the offshore vessel leadership team and managing other onshore support functions to ensure we accomplish shared goals and objectives, hereunder supporting the Commercial department to win more business.

You will be part of the wider Fleet Team and help set the strategic as well as operational agenda for the global fleet to secure cost effective, efficient, reliable and customer centric operations.

You will lead and drive performance as per company guidelines, industry best practices, and international regulation (Solas, ISM, Marpol, etc). You will work within our processes and procedures and working collaboratively with the team within our team culture.

You will together with the technical team contribute to the technical management of our vessels in accordance with the Planned Maintenance Schedule including Flag State, Classification Survey schedules, and dry dock planning.


Who we are looking for:

A person with offshore supply vessel experience although this is not a requirement. A person with experience of asset management and P&L responsibility or a keen interest hereof. A person with drive and ambitions. A person who is self-driven, takes action, and executes what can be done today instead of waiting for tomorrow. A person that can take decisions even if they are not easy, capable of keeping the performance and integrity of the overall business in mind.

You are very well organized, you can prioritize, track and follow up on multiple tasks and keep track of many issues on a high number of vessels. You are business focused and you have an appreciation for supporting the vessels.

You have good English skills both written and verbal. You are safety minded and take pride in carrying out your job taking the highest safety standards into consideration. You are flexible and are willing to travel up to 30 days a year.
